Rates

Most of our service is paid for in advance.

For our Setup visits, we estimate the amount of time required, and can take payment for that by phone, PayPal, Google Checkout, or a mailed check. If more time is necessary, we’ll invoice after the fact.

Training sessions are available in packs of 3 or more 90-minute sessions. Please contact Jonathan for a list of our Training packages.

Unscheduled and additional support is billed at the following rates:

Workstations, networks, and mobile devices:
 Businesses — $120/hour
Home users and non-profit organizations — $100/hour

Server & hosting administration (including Google Apps):
 Businesses — $150/hour
Home users and non-profit organizations — $120/hour

If we are in your office, we bill at business rate. If we are in your home, you pay home rate. Home-based businesses using more than 2 computers will be billed at business rate.

For on-site visits, we ask a minimum of 1 hour-at-rate, after which we pro-rate our time. We also charge the same rates for phone time (excluding getting-to-know-you chat), email, IM, texting, or remote support — and there is no minimum for these services. So you can know that you can call us and ask us even the smallest of questions, and we will be happy to help you anytime, from anywhere we have a phone and/or internet connection. We have crossed the Atlantic, virtually and otherwise, to help our clients.

While we prefer not to give quotes for service, we will do our best to estimate amount of time it will take to finish a project, based on the scope and details you and we discuss.

We charge travel time outside of Loop 1604 in San Antonio. Travel rates are billed at half our hourly rate.

Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to an appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior. Fees are not refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment.
