Please read the following before you make your first request for J2 support:
You can request service by visiting our Help Desk, or by emailing your issue to help@j2mac.com. That email will start a ticket that each of our consultants will be able to see.
Scheduling an appointment with J2 is also easy. You can see our availability on our up-to-the minute calendar below. When you find an available time (white space), just call 210.787.2709 or email us.
You can write your appointment request on one line in the body of the email, like this:
John Smith, setup backup hard drive, Tuesday 10am to 12pm
or Hazel Pethig, troubleshoot email, 1/20, 1pm-3pm.
Please suggest at least three possible dates and times, in case your first slot has already filled by the time your message reaches us.
On-site hours are, generally speaking, 9am to 5pm M-F. We can sometimes honor requests for appointments outside regular hours. Each consultant typically takes one appointment in the morning and one in the afternoon, or will devote a full day to one client.
Finally, if you have to cancel or postpone, please give us at least 24 hours notice; appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours will receive a bill for a half-hour at standard rates.
